Show us the brush. We’ll turn it into a day-rate quote.

Forestry mulching and lot prep across Pasco County and Central Florida. Sketch the exact area on satellite — fence strip, house pad, or the whole tract. We review density and access, then send a clear number of days. No mystery per-acre price after the fact.

Low-impact compact track loaders. Mulch stays on site. Date is held when the deposit hits.

Sketch the area on satellite

Strong aerial imagery, Pasco parcel lines, live acres and perimeter. Search the address, tap a parcel to load the lot, or draw only what you want mulched — a fence strip does not need the whole tract.

Click a lot on the map to snap to the Pasco parcel boundary, or use the pentagon tool to draw a custom area.

Service terms — please read

1. Nature of this request

This form is a request for a scope review and a day-rate quote. It is not a contract, survey, permit, or guaranteed production estimate. The sketch on the map is an owner-drawn outline for discussion only. Satellite measurements can miss canopy, wet ground, and density.

2. How we price

Southern Brush Clearing bills on a transparent day rate unless a written proposal says otherwise. A “day” is a scheduled production day on site, not a guaranteed acreage. Vegetation density, access, weather, utilities, and trees to preserve all change how much ground we cover. We do not sell mystery per-acre packages after the fact.

3. Deposit and booking

A written quote is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A job is not reserved until we send a deposit request and that deposit is received. Typical deposit is 30% of the quoted day package (or one full day on multi-day jobs), applied to the final invoice. Deposit is refundable only if we cancel or cannot mobilize as agreed. Customer cancellations inside 72 hours of the scheduled start, or failure to provide access, forfeit the deposit. Remaining balance is due the day work is completed unless terms are stated in writing.

4. Access and site conditions

Customer will provide legal access, a place to offload a compact track loader, and a safe path that will not be billed as damage to a soft lawn, pavers, or a driveway not built for tracked equipment. Tell us about gates, HOA rules, weight limits, and overhead lines before we roll. We work to minimize compaction; we do not guarantee zero track marks.

5. Utilities and hidden hazards

Customer is responsible for marking private utilities (irrigation, septic, wells, low-voltage, propane). Public locates (811) do not cover private lines. We are not liable for unmarked or privately installed utilities, hidden concrete, wire fence in the brush, or wells not flagged on site.

6. Trees, wetlands, and permits

Customer is responsible for knowing which trees must stay, and for any Pasco County, SWFWMD, HOA, or municipal permits, tree-mitigation, or wetland constraints unless we agree in writing to pull a specific permit. Forestry mulching processes vegetation above grade. It is not stump removal, root-raking, grading, or hauling unless listed on the quote.

7. Workmanship and leftover material

Mulch remains on site as ground cover. Diameter limits depend on the head and the wood. Some stems, stumps, and root crowns will remain. Re-sprout of pepper and palmetto can occur; that is biology, not a warranty failure. We will walk the sketched area at the end of the scheduled day(s). Additional days are a new authorization.

8. Weather and delays

We may pause or reschedule for lightning, flood, or ground that will bury a machine. Weather days are not billed as production days. Standby caused by locked gates, missing locates, or a change in scope after we arrive may be billed as a partial or full day.

9. Insurance and operators

We carry commercial general liability. Certificates available on request. Only our operators run the machine. Spectators, children, and pets stay clear of the head. Customer will keep the work area free of people once production starts.

10. Photos and reviews

We may photograph before/after for our records and marketing unless you opt out in writing on this form.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue is Pasco County. Work is invoiced by Southern Brush Clearing. This page does not replace a signed work order if we issue one.

Please complete required fields, sketch the area or explain why you can’t, accept the terms, and sign.

After we review the sketch we will email a day-range and a deposit request. No charge is taken on this page.

Got it. Southern Brush Clearing has your sketch.

We’ll look at density and access, then email a written day-range and deposit amount. The calendar date is not held until that deposit posts.

What happens next

1. We confirm the sketch (usually same business day).
2. You receive a short quote: number of days, rate, and deposit amount.
3. You pay the deposit (invoice link or instructions in that email).
4. We lock the calendar and send arrival notes.
